BeibeiYun provides network acceleration services, including but not limited to:

  • Secure network connections and data encryption
  • Access to global server nodes
  • Multi-device simultaneous connection support
  • Client software and technical support

3. Account Registration

Using the Service requires account registration. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your account information promptly
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Keep your account password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

  • Any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Sending spam or unsolicited commercial information
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
  • BT/P2P/PT downloading or file sharing
  • Attacking other networks or systems
  • Sharing your account or subscription with others
  • Any behavior that may harm the Service or other users

5. Payment and Subscription

Regarding payment and subscription, please note:

  • All prices are displayed in Chinese Yuan (CNY)
  • Subscriptions take effect immediately upon successful payment
  • Traffic and validity period are determined by the selected plan
  • Traffic reset packages can be purchased if traffic is used early
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, but this won't affect purchased subscriptions

6. Refund Policy

Due to the special nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided. However, you may apply for a refund if the service is completely unusable and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to our review.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time
  • Suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms
  • Not be liable for any service termination

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements
  • Any specific speed or performance level
  • That all nodes will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content, features, and design (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code) are the property of BeibeiYun or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration under its rules.
